On the go Protein power oats

Easy shake and go high protein gluten free oats for a simple, yet delicious and healthy breakfast. Simply open the sachet, add liquid of choice and shake or stir and enjoy. Both flavours are packed with natural antioxidants for a balanced start to the day.

Suggestions

  • Enjoy hot or cold with either milk choice or water
  • Add a squeeze of honey for that extra richness

Snack Recipe Idea

  • Empty contents of sachet into a bowl
  • Add: 5ml of softened nut butter of choice, 5ml of honey and 15ml melted coconut oil
  • Mix well together
  • Roll 6-8 balls (place in Tupperware)
  • Refrigerate for 20-30min (or freeze to enjoy as a treat)
