All orders placed with Crisp Blooms (Trading under Crisp Meals (PTY) Ltd) are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Pricing: Our prices are inclusive of VAT
- A Delivery fee will be charged at checkout
- Delivery address: Crisp Blooms (Trading under Crisp Meals (PTY) Ltd) cannot be held responsible should the incorrect delivery address be supplied. Please ensure that the correct shipping and billing details are entered as we cannot guarantee redelivery or a refund in the event that we are supplied with incorrect details.
Should the incorrect address be supplied and we cannot deliver your blooms, a redelivery fee of R60.00 will be charged and the blooms will be delivered the next working day.
Please ensure that as much information is supplied in order for us to fulfil your order promptly. i.e. Delivery to a business, hospital, house, apartment, Estate (access codes).
Unfortunately we cannot leave bouquets unattended at the recipient’s front door.
- Delivery times: Once an order is completed an email correspondence will be sent confirming the date and time that an order will be delivered. We aim to ensure customer satisfaction and will therefore keep open communication with you, our client, should in any event or unforeseen circumstance should arise and we cannot deliver at the initial time provided.
To ensure that you receive your blooms in Crisp condition please provide us with details that will ensure someone will receive the blooms.
We aim to accommodate all client requests, should you allow for a reasonable time request, please provide special delivery instructions and we do our best to ensure the delivery time is accommodated.
- Bloom Care: To ensure the best possible care and longevity of your blooms, please arrange that the stems are placed in water as soon as possible. Please keep the flowers in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. It is recommended that the stems are cut and water is replaced every 2 days once received.
- Our florists are all required to adhere to the value and quality standards that we Crisp Blooms (Trading under Crisp Meals (PTY) Ltd) set out. Every arrangement is created by our team and we will do our best to ensure that each floral bouquets looks as close to the image as possible but may vary slightly in appearance when compared to images on our website. This is due to the nature of the product. Crisp Blooms (Trading under Crisp Meals (PTY) Ltd) have chosen to change our seasonal arrangements every 8 weeks to allow for new season buds.
- Should in any event you not be satisfied with your order, we will require notification within 12 hours of receiving your order. Please email through with your order reference. Refunds will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Deliveries:
- All orders must be placed by 14:00 to receive within 48hours.
- Deliveries are Monday-Friday between 08:30-17:00 (Excluding public holidays)
- Should you place an order on a;
- Friday after 14:00pm and Saturday your order will be fulfilled on a Monday
- Sunday your order will be fulfilled on a Tuesday
- Public holiday your order will be fulfilled the next available working day
- To ensure a prompt delivery please ensure the correct details are provided.
- Should the incorrect address be supplied or no one is available to receive the order a redelivery fee of R60.00 will be charged and the blooms will be delivered the next working day.
